PINE BUSH – On the evening of December 30, the Town of Crawford Police were startled by the call that came in at 8:30 p.m. A boy of 13 had been robbed, at gunpoint, by a group of five youths driving around Pine Bush in a car, looking for potential victims.
The incident occurred on Alice Court, out by the town highway department building, where the boy had been walking. The robbers had driven up to the boy, then produced a pistol and a knife and had stolen money and iPods from him.
The Crawford Police, in conjunction with the State Police, located the suspects at a house on Searsville Road, where four youths were arrested.
Dominick Pierre, 19, of Pine Bush; Joseph Pierre, 20, of Pine Bush; Mitchell Donahue, 20, of Bayonne, New Jersey; and Ariel Sheehan-Morrow, 19, of Pine Bush were arrested and charged with robbery, conspiracy and larceny.
Sheehan-Morrow was also charged with making a false statement to police.
The four suspects were arraigned before Town Justice Bryan Kulak and remanded to Orange County Jail.
A fifth suspect was still being sought by police at press time.
