CIRCLEVILLE – On May 15 I will vote for Kristin Graessle for the Pine Bush school board. You may know Kristin through her involvement in Youth Football, Quest Athletics, Cub Scouts, Harvest Fest, Alien Festival, or as a volunteer little league coach and PTA member. Kristin is that person who makes herself accessible to many diverse groups and community members. As a small business owner, she values fiscal responsibility and as a parent, she values education. Could an individual school board member actually balance these two strengths? I believe Kristin can and will.
I’ve had many conversations with Kristin and am comfortable knowing that she will fight for equitable resources on a local level as well as through county, state and federal levels. Kristin was an excellent resource for me during this year’s budget making sessions. She provided hands on parental insight into school programs and I respect her opinion.
I trust that she will continue to be a staunch supporter of a ward system of electing school board members. She has promised to continue to fight to ensure the passage of a state legislative bill which would allow districts this choice. She truly has her pulse on the community and school family. I am confident that Kristin will be a strong voice for us. Please join me and vote for Kristin Graessle for school board.
